MIXR MISSION PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions apply to the MiXR Ticket Giveaway prize draw as set out in the table below (the “Prize Draw”). By entering the Prize Draw, you (“Participant”, “you”, “yours”) agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the decisions of Stonegate, which are final and binding in all respects. You also agree to any other applicable third-party terms. All applicable laws and regulations apply. Part 1 (Commercial Terms) and Part 2 (Conditions) together are the full terms and conditions that govern the Prize Draw (“Terms and Conditions”).
Capitalised terms used but not defined shall be defined for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions.
PART 1 – COMMERCIAL TERMS
PROMOTER The Promoter is: Pitch Marketing Group Limited of 39-43 Brewer Street, London, W1F 9UD (“Pitch”) acting on behalf of Stonegate Pub Company Limited of 3 Monkspath Hall Road, Solihull, West Midlands B90 4SJ (“Stonegate”).
ENTRY PERIOD The Prize Draw will run from 9.00am on Wednesday 5 February 2025 to 23.59pm on Thursday 6 February 2025.
HOW TO ENTER? Internet access and access to Google Forms is required to enter. To be in the chance to win a Prize, in accordance with clause 2 below, you will be required to enter your name, email address, mobile number and confirmation of your age via the following link: [https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1sSfZ6vcWAbHiTDIF3ozDe949Yzx-R_lww5VvDSm4uzw/edit] (“Entry Form”). (If you are already a member of the MiXR app, you are encouraged to use the same email address as you have used to register for MiXR.) Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be accepted. Stonegate accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any entries that were not received for whatever reason. Only one entry per person is permitted during the Entry Period. Multiple entries during the Entry Period from the same person will be disqualified.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE? To enter the Prize Draw, you must be a UK resident and be aged 18 years or over at the time of Prize Draw entry. All winners must have been eligible to enter and, if requested, must show valid ID showing proof of age prior to the point of redemption of the Prize. Failure to show valid ID on request will result in disqualification and you forfeiting your Prize.
WHAT ARE THE PRIZES? Participants of the Prize Draw will be in with the chance to win 3x general admission tickets to the Birmingham City F.C. vs. Newcastle United F.C. football match, taking place on 8 February 2025 (“Prize”).
HOW WINNERS ARE
SELECTED Winning Participants will be drawn at random from all entrants who correctly entered the Prize Draw, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, during the Entry Period.
HOW IS THE PRIZE COMMUNICATED? By entering the Prize Draw, Participants acknowledge and agree that should they win the Prize, Stonegate may share their contact details with the supplier of the Prize for the purpose of fulfilling the Prize. Stonegate will only share the winner's contact details after the Prize has been accepted. Stonegate, Pitch or the supplier will contact the winner in order to fulfil the Prize via email using the email address provided at entry. Unless otherwise directed by Stonegate, winners must respond to winning entry correspondence within 12 hours of being notified. If the winner fails to respond within 12 hours of being notified, Stonegate and/or the supplier reserves the right to choose a new winner.
ADDITIONAL TERMS By entering the Prize Draw, Participants acknowledge and agree that Pitch will, on behalf of Stonegate, be responsible for operating the Prize Draw and, therefore, will have access to each Participant’s Entry Form.
PART 2 - CONDITIONS
1. Prizes
1.1 Participants acknowledge and agree that there is no guarantee of winning a Prize.
1.2 Where Prizes cannot be redeemed due to stock availability, Stonegate will substitute this with a suitable alternative (such alternative to be at Stonegate’s discretion).
1.3 Stonegate reserves the right to substitute a Prize with another prize of equal or greater value at Stonegate’s absolute discretion without giving notice.
1.4 The Prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
1.5 If it is discovered during Prize verification that a Participant is ineligible to enter, has entered, attempted to enter, or used multiple accounts to enter, more than the stated limit, they will be disqualified and all of their entries will be void.
1.6 The Prizes will be awarded “as is” and Stonegate makes no representation, warranty or condition in respect of any Prize or part thereof.
2. The Prize Draw
2.1 Stonegate does not accept any responsibility if the winner is not able to take up the applicable Prize.
2.2 Entries that do not comply fully with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified. Stonegate has sole discretion in determining whether any entries submitted by any person comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2.3 Stonegate’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all Participants and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. Publicity
3.1 By entering the Prize Draw, Participants hereby agree to their name, likeness, photograph, voice and video recording, and entry being used by Stonegate for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
3.2 The winner of the Prize Draw further agree to be interviewed in connection with the promotion either in person or via telephone which may be filmed, photographed and/or recorded and Stonegate may use such films, photographs and/or recordings for publicity and PR purposes.
3.3 If you object to any or all or any of your name, likeness, photograph, voice and video recording, and entry being published or made available, please contact Stonegate at competitions@stonegategroup.co.uk. In
such circumstances, Stonegate must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
3.4 Each Participant accepts and acknowledges that if the above consent is withdrawn, Stonegate may not be in a position to remove the photographs, recordings and videos from webpages operated by third parties.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1 Stonegate is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, or any combination thereof.
4.2 Insofar as is permitted by law, Stonegate, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up a Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Stonegate, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
5. Data Protection
5.1 In accordance with UK General Data Protection Regulations and the Data Protection Act 2018, Stonegate and Pitch shall be Joint Controllers of the personal data that is collected for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw and awarding the Prizes.
5.2 Stonegate and/or Pitch will process your identity, contact and social media data in order to administer the Prize Draw and select an individual to receive a Prize. Stonegate’s lawful basis for processing your personal data for these purposes is performance of a contract.
5.3 For the purposes of administering this processing activity, your personal data will be processed solely in the UK and will not be made available to individuals or companies based outside of the EEA.

5.5 For any personal data that is shared with Stonegate as part of the Prize Draw and is included in the Google Form, the terms of Google’s Privacy Policy will apply.
6. General
6.1 By taking part in the Prize Draw, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
6.2 These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any inconsistency with any other communications from Stonegate, including advertising and promotional material.
6.3 Stonegate reserves the right to cancel or amend this Prize Draw or to amend these Terms and Conditions in whole or in part where it becomes necessary to do so and without prior notice.
6.4 Winners shall not carry out or promote the goods and services of the participating venues in any way, including, but not limited to, advertising or posting about alcohol.
6.5 This promotion is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Twitter, Facebook or any other social media platform. Participants acknowledge that Instagram, Twitter, Facebook or any other social media platform shall not have any liability to them in connection with the promotion.
